By accessing or using Taskke — including the Taskke mobile application, the Taskke website (taskke.online), or any related services — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use Taskke. Continued use of the service after any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.Using Taskke

Taskke is a productivity application designed to help you organize your daily life, track progress, and build consistent habits. The core functionality of Taskke includes:

  • Tracking task completion and building daily streaks

Taskke is intended for personal productivity use. It is a tool to help you manage your own tasks and goals — it is not a project-management platform, a team collaboration tool, a calendar application, or an AI-driven assistant.

Eligibility

You may use Taskke provided that you are legally permitted to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction. If you are using Taskke on behalf of a minor, you accept responsibility for ensuring their use complies with these Terms and any applicable laws.

Note: A minimum age requirement may be specified here once Taskke's final age policy has been established.

3.User Accounts

Taskke supports user accounts to enable saving your tasks, preferences, and progress. When you create an account or use a supported sign-in method, the following responsibilities apply:

Tip: Never share your account password or sign-in credentials with anyone, including anyone claiming to represent Taskke.

4.User Responsibilities

When using Taskke, you agree to use the service responsibly and lawfully. You must not use Taskke to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Taskke systems, servers, or accounts
  • Disrupt, overload, or interfere with the normal operation of the service

5.User Content

Your Content Belongs to You

The content you create within Taskke remains yours. Taskke does not claim ownership over the tasks, notes, or other information you enter into the application.

Limited Rights to Operate the Service

By using Taskke, you grant Taskke a limited, non-exclusive right to store, process, and handle your content only to the extent necessary to provide the service — for example, to save your tasks, deliver reminders, and display your data within the application. This right does not extend beyond what is required to operate Taskke for your benefit.

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you enter into Taskke. You should not enter sensitive information — such as passwords, financial details, or private identification data — into task fields or notes.

6.Tasks, Reminders, and Notifications

Taskke provides reminder and notification functionality to help you stay on top of tasks you create. While we do our best to deliver reminders reliably, reminder delivery depends on several factors outside Taskke's direct control:

  • Your device's notification settings and permissions
  • Your operating system's notification behavior and restrictions
  • Whether the Taskke app has the necessary background permissions enabled
  • Internet connectivity at the time a reminder is scheduled
  • Device power-saving or battery-optimization settings
  • Taskke service availability at the time of delivery
  • App version and any pending updates

Important: Taskke does not guarantee that every reminder will be delivered. Reminders are a helpful aid, not a guaranteed alert system. You remain responsible for managing your own tasks and deadlines. Do not rely solely on Taskke reminders for critical or time-sensitive commitments.

Taskke is a productivity tool designed to support your organization and focus. It is not a substitute for independent responsibility over your tasks, deadlines, or obligations.

7.Intellectual Property

The Taskke service and its original components — including but not limited to the software, application design, user interface, graphics, illustrations, logos, branding, written content, and product structure — are the property of Taskke and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the Taskke service or its components without appropriate permission.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of or rights to any Taskke intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the service as described in these Terms.

8.Third-Party Services

Taskke may depend on third-party services to operate, including services related to:

  • Hosting and infrastructure

  • Push notifications

  • That every notification or reminder will be delivered
  • That use of Taskke will prevent missed responsibilities

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Taskke is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

11.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Taskke and those associated with operating the service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of — or inability to use — the service.

This includes, without limitation, damages arising from:

  • Loss of data or content
  • Missed tasks, deadlines, or reminders
  • Service interruptions or unavailability
  • Errors, bugs, or inaccuracies in the application
  • Unauthorized access to your account
  • Actions of third-party services integrated with Taskke
