Organize Assignments & Projects

Add each assignment or reading as a task, with checklists for subtasks and due-date reminders. Use priorities to mark urgent work (e.g. exam prep) versus routine tasks (e.g. weekly review). Keep everything in one place instead of scattered notes.

Add Tasks & Assignments

Create a task for each assignment, coursework project, or study activity to keep everything organized in one place. Add priorities, descriptions, or checklists to break larger assignments into clear steps — such as research, drafting, reviewing, and completing the final work — then mark each step as you finish it. You can also set reminders for important assignment deadlines. Taskke does not connect to school systems or import assignments automatically, so you add and organize your assignments yourself.

Set Priorities for Urgent Work

Set priority levels — urgent, high, medium, or low — to focus on what needs attention first. Use checklists and due dates to keep assignments, subjects, and coursework modules organized in one place, which is what makes Taskke a practical task planner for students.

Plan & Track Study Routines

Weekly and Daily Routines

Set up daily revision, weekly review, and monthly planning tasks that reset automatically — so your routine stays on your list without recreating it every time. It's the recurring-task backbone of a task planner for students who want structure without manual re-entry.

Exam Preparation

Create recurring revision sessions in the weeks before exams, set reminders for each study block, and rely on streak tracking to see whether you're actually studying consistently — not just planning to. It's the same task planner for students you already use for assignments and deadlines, applied to exam prep.

Capture

Add tasks as they come up

Create a task for each assignment, study activity, or responsibility you need to track. Add a description or checklist to break it into specific steps, and set a priority so important work stays visible.

Plan

Decide what needs attention first

Assign priority levels — urgent, high, medium, or low — to separate what needs immediate attention from what can wait. Break bigger assignments into checklist steps for each subject or area of study.

Repeat

Schedule your recurring study activities

Create recurring tasks for study activities that happen on a regular schedule — daily revision, weekly review, monthly planning. They reset automatically so your routine stays in the list without re-creating it manually.

Stay Consistent

Turn completed tasks into visible streaks

Each recurring task builds its own streak when you complete it consistently. The streak detail shows your current streak, best streak, success rate, and a calendar history — so you can see how consistent your routine actually is.

Ways Students Can Use Taskke

Student responsibilities vary — different subjects, different deadlines, different study styles. As a task planner for students, Taskke adapts to whatever structure you need. Here are some specific ways the core functionality applies to typical student situations.

Assignments and Coursework

Add each assignment as a task with a priority and checklist of steps. Set a reminder for the deadline, then use the checklist to split the work into smaller parts — research, drafting, reviewing — ticking each one off as you go. Taskke does not connect to school systems or import assignments automatically; you create each task yourself.

Exam Preparation

Create recurring daily tasks for revision blocks in the weeks leading up to an exam, and set a reminder so each session comes to your attention at the right time every day. Streak tracking shows whether you're revising consistently or gaps are building up, which is more useful than simply planning to revise.

Daily Study Routines

Some study activities work best when they become a regular habit rather than something you reschedule manually every day. Create a daily recurring task for reading, practice questions, vocabulary, or any study activity you want to maintain. It resets automatically each day so the routine stays visible without effort.

Recurring tasks

Coursework and Modules

Create tasks for each module, course, or coursework submission and break them into checklist steps, like research, writing, and editing. Group study routines into a Streak Bundle to keep them going.

Grouped Study Routines

A Streak Bundle lets you group related personal study tasks — reviewing notes, completing practice questions, reading a chapter — into one shared consistency streak. Rather than each task tracking its own separate streak, the bundle shows whether you're following through on your overall study routine each day. Streak Bundles are a personal tool, not a social or group feature.

Streak Bundles

Personal Routines Alongside Study

Students manage more than academic work. Taskke lets you add exercise, meal planning, sleep schedules, chores, and other personal responsibilities as tasks too. They can be one-off, recurring, or grouped into routines — the same tools behind your study routine work for any repeated personal responsibility.

Consistency

Build Consistency with Streaks

A to-do list tells you what needs to be done today. A streak shows whether you have been doing it consistently. Those are different things, and for study habits the second one often matters more.

When you complete a recurring study task in Taskke, it contributes to a streak for that task. Over time, the streak detail view shows your current streak, best streak, success rate, and a month-by-month completion calendar — a factual record of how consistently you're following through, not just your intention.

Streak Bundles for study routines

If your study routine involves several related tasks — reviewing notes, completing practice questions, reading — you can group them into a Streak Bundle. Instead of each task having its own separate streak, the bundle tracks whether you completed enough tasks from the group each day. This gives your whole routine a single consistency score rather than three disconnected ones.

Important: Streak Bundles are a personal grouping tool. They do not involve sharing streaks with classmates, friends, or anyone else.

Recurring Study Routines That Reset Automatically

Consistent study habits are built from repeated actions. Taskke supports daily, weekly, and monthly recurring tasks — each resets automatically after completion so the activity stays in your list without you having to manually add it again.

This removes the friction of recreating the same routine every day. Set up your recurring study tasks once and they stay part of your list on your chosen schedule, with reminders if you want them.

Reminders

Get Reminders for Deadlines

Reminders exist for tasks where timing matters — assignment deadlines, the start of a scheduled study session, or a weekly revision block you want to keep at a consistent time.

Add a reminder to any task in Taskke and a push notification will arrive at the time you choose. Reminders attach directly to the task so the notification points to the relevant work. You can add reminders to one-off tasks and recurring tasks alike, whether it's an exam deadline or an ongoing coursework routine.

Note: notification delivery depends on your Android device settings. If reminders are not arriving, check that notifications are enabled for Taskke in your Android settings and that battery optimization is not blocking background activity.

Why Taskke

Why Taskke for Students?

One place for tasks

Keep assignments, study activities, and personal responsibilities in one list rather than spread across notes apps, paper, and memory.

Recurring routines handled automatically

Daily revision, weekly review, and monthly planning tasks reset on their own schedule. The routine stays in your list without recreating it manually.

Reminders for what matters

Add a push notification to any task so it comes to your attention at the right time — not just when you happen to open the app.

Visible consistency, not just intentions

Streak tracking shows factual completion history rather than your intended schedule. There is a difference between planning to revise and actually doing it consistently.

Group related tasks into one routine streak

Streak Bundles let you track the consistency of a whole personal study routine — not just individual tasks in isolation.

Progress you can actually see

Analytics shows completion rate, active days, productivity trends, and daily goal streaks across 7D, 30D, 90D, and All Time ranges.

Questions

Common questions about using Taskke as a student. Visit the Help Center for more detailed answers.

A student needs a task planner app to manage their assignments, due dates, and study sessions. An example of this is Taskke, which lets you create tasks for homework and projects, set reminders for exams, and schedule recurring study routines all in one place. Taskke combines a to-do list, reminders, and a consistency tracker into a single task planner for students.

Yes, you can add every assignment and reading in your classes as a task with a due date in Taskke. You can also break down bigger assignments into checklist tasks with reminders for each step (e.g. research, draft, etc.) for each assignment. Every task you add appears in your Taskke list, where priorities and due dates keep it organized. You can easily see all due assignments for the following week. Taskke does not sync automatically with your school, but you can manually add your classwork and assignments in Taskke.

Yes. Add each homework assignment as a task with a due date and priority, break it into a checklist of steps, and set a reminder before it's due. Taskke works as a homework planner and assignment tracker in the same to-do list as the rest of your study tasks.

With Taskke, you can make recurring tasks and set reminders for them to regularly study for your exams. For example, you can make a task "Review biology notes" that repeats every day for the next two weeks — Taskke will keep adding this task to your daily list. Then you can add a reminder for the time you would like to study (e.g. 7pm). By completing this task each day, you can see in Taskke whether you have been studying consistently through the streak tracker and task completion analytics, rather than just writing "study" in your paper planner.

Yes, Taskke has a feature for managing your recurring tasks and routines. You can make a task for something and set it to repeat, and Taskke will add that task to your list every day, week, or month depending on your preference. For example, every time you complete your daily study task for an exam, Taskke will add it again the following day.

A Streak Bundle is essentially a streak tracker for multiple similar tasks. You can include many related personal tasks into one Streak Bundle — for example, a study routine or health routine. For students, this means they can bundle all of their study-related tasks together and see how well they are completing those tasks as a whole rather than as individual tasks. For example, a student can create a Streak Bundle called "Study Routine" and add tasks like reviewing notes, doing practice questions, and reading the textbook into it. Instead of having separate streaks for each task, the student can see their overall streak for completing all study tasks in one view. Streak Bundles are part of Taskke Pro.

Yes. Every recurring study task builds its own streak, with milestones from Spark (3 days) to Inferno (60 days) and a calendar showing which days you studied. Your daily goal streak can also count a day when you finish a percentage of your tasks you choose.

Yes, Taskke can be used for organizing your personal routines as well. Any task you would like to turn into a habit can be added to Taskke as a personal task, whether it is one-time or recurring. These personal tasks can be viewed alongside your academic tasks, or bundled together into a Streak Bundle. Taskke works as an all-in-one task planner for both your academic and personal to-do lists.

Taskke is free to download from Google Play. It can be used by students for their academic planning needs on the free plan, which includes unlimited one-off tasks, limited recurring tasks, and 1 Streak Bundle. With a Pro subscription, recurring tasks and Streak Bundles are unlimited and additional features are unlocked. You can try out the basic planner functions for free without a subscription, making it competitive with other free task planners for students on the market.

As of now, Taskke is only available on Android devices through Google Play. There is no web version or iOS version yet, but an App Store version is coming soon. The app can be used on both phones and tablets. All of your information will sync through your account so you can access your task planner from any Android device.
