AI connector

Use Taskke from your AI app

Connect Taskke to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Mistral, then ask it to plan your day. Tasks appear in the Taskke app with their reminders. You need a Taskke account, and you approve each AI app yourself.

Connector address

If your AI app asks for a server address, use this one. Choose OAuth if it asks how to sign in.

How to connect

Claude

  1. Open Settings → Connectors.
  2. Find Taskke in the directory and choose Connect. If it isn't listed yet, choose Add custom connector and paste the address above.
  3. Sign in to Taskke and choose Allow.

Works on web, desktop and mobile once added.

ChatGPT

  1. Open Settings → Plugins (it may show as Apps & Connectors).
  2. Find Taskke and choose Connect. If it isn't listed yet, turn on Developer mode under Advanced, choose Create, paste the address above and pick OAuth.
  3. Sign in to Taskke and choose Allow.

If Taskke isn't in the directory yet, adding it by address needs developer mode. Workspace plans may need an admin to allow it.

Gemini

  1. On the Gemini website, open Settings & help → Connected Apps.
  2. Under Custom apps, choose Add a custom app and paste the address above.
  3. Sign in to Taskke and choose Allow, then turn on Taskke in your task.

Custom apps are rolling out for Gemini Spark on personal Google accounts, so the option may not show for everyone yet.

Grok

  1. Open grok.com/connectors.
  2. Choose New Connector → Custom and paste the address above.
  3. Sign in to Taskke and choose Allow. Allow pop-ups from grok.com if the sign-in window doesn't open.

On Business and Enterprise plans, an admin adds the connector first.

Mistral

  1. Open Connectors and choose Add Connector.
  2. Open the Custom MCP Connector tab, enter the name Taskke and paste the address above.
  3. Choose Connect, then sign in to Taskke and choose Allow.

Custom connectors are added by an organization admin.

AI apps rename their menus from time to time. The address and the sign-in stay the same.

Your data and privacy

Taskke keeps a log of what each AI app did: the type of action, a short summary without the text of your tasks, and the time. The log is kept for 180 days. Taskke doesn't read your AI conversations. What you type in an AI app is handled under that app's own privacy policy.

Read the full Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

How to disconnect

In the Taskke app, open Settings → Connected AI apps and tap Disconnect. The app loses access right away. You can also remove the connector in your AI app's settings. Your tasks stay in Taskke.

Troubleshooting

I don't have a Taskke account

You need one before you connect. Accounts are created in the Taskke app for Android.

I signed up with Google and have no password

On the Taskke sign-in page, choose “Get an email code instead”.

Taskke says it doesn't recognise the app

Anyone can register an app under any name, so Taskke checks where the app sends you back to. Choose Allow only if you started connecting that app yourself a moment ago. Otherwise, choose Cancel.

The AI app says it reached a limit

AI apps can create up to 50 tasks a week on the Free plan and 1,000 on Pro. One limit is shared by all your AI apps, and it resets every Monday at 00:00 UTC. Reading, updating and completing tasks don't count.

Times or “today” look wrong

Tell the AI app your time zone, for example “I'm in Europe/Berlin”. Without one, Taskke uses UTC.

The connection stopped working

Disconnect Taskke in your AI app, then connect it again with the address above. Your tasks aren't affected.
